On August 1, 2017, Quality Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial performance for the period ended June 30, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.

Item 2.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 31, 2017, Jocelyn A. Leavitt informed the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company that she will resign as the Company’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Ms. Leavitt, who has served as the Company’s General Counsel since June 2013, is resigning to pursue other interests. Ms. Leavitt will remain with the Company until her successor is appointed to ensure a smooth transition. The Company wishes her well in her future endeavors.
