Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 30, 2017, Quad/Graphics, Inc. (the “Company”) announced certain finance team leadership changes that will be effective March 1, 2017, including the following: (a) Anthony C. Staniak, currently the Company’s Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, will become Vice President of Operations Accounting and Finance Continuous Improvement; and (b) Anne M. Bauer, currently the Company’s Director – Corporate Controller, will become Executive Director – Chief Accounting Officer.
Ms. Bauer, 52, has been Director – Corporate Controller of the Company since May 2016. She joined the Company in September 2011, serving as Director of Corporate Accounting until May 2016. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Bauer held various accounting positions at Journal Communications, Inc. during her 18 years there, including Vice President and Controller from June 2000 until September 2011.
