On January 4, 2018, QCR Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“QCRH”), announced that Cathie S. Whiteside, Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Human Resources and Branding, retired on December 31, 2017. Ms. Whiteside joined QCRH as an officer in 2007. Prior to that, she was Station Manager of KWQC – TV6 and a board member of Quad City Bank and Trust, the largest subsidiary of QCRH. Ms. Whiteside will continue in a consulting role on a part time basis.
