On January 22, 2019, Beacon Investment Advisory Services, Inc. (“BIAS”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Beacon Trust Company, and an indirect subsidiary of Provident Financial Services, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that BIAS agreed to acquire Tirschwell & Loewy, Inc. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
