Item 2.01 Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.
On November 13, 2020, ProPhase Labs, Inc. (the “Company”) closed on the sale of its corporate headquarters building located at 621 North Shady Retreat Road, Doylestown, Pennsylvania to Lenape Valley Foundation. The total sales price of the property, which was paid in cash, was $2.2 million, less closing costs and related expenses of approximately $142,000.
Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 16, 2020, the Company issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months and nine months ended September 30, 2020. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
