Power REITs (the Trust) 2017 Annual Meeting of shareholders was
held on May 15, 2017. For more information on the following
proposals, see the companys proxy statement dated April 24, 2017,
the relevant portions of which are incorporated herein by
reference.

Below are the final voting results.

1) Shareholders elected each of the four nominees to the Board of
Trustees for a one-year term

2) Shareholders ratified MaloneBailey LLP as the Trusts
independent audit firm for 2017.
