Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 7, 2019, Philip Morris International Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 and the fiscal year ended December 31, 2018. The earnings release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference to this Item 2.02.
