On October 18, 2017, our Board of Directors appointed Guy Powers and Lorraine Yarde to serve as members of the Board of Directors.
There were no arrangements or understandings between Mr. Guy or Ms. Yarde and any other persons to which such individuals were selected as directors of our company.
For the past two fiscal years, neither Mr. Guy nor Ms. Yarde have been involved in any transaction in which they would have any direct or indirect material interest in our company.
