As previously announced on March 4, 2019, Laxman Narasimhan was appointed to the newly created role of Global Chief Commercial Officer, PepsiCo, Inc. (“PepsiCo”) and would continue to lead PepsiCo’s Latin America sector on an interim basis. On March 14, 2019, PepsiCo appointed Paula Santilli, currently President, PepsiCo Mexico Foods, to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer, Latin America effective May 1, 2019, at which time Mr. Narasimhan will transition out of his interim role as Chief Executive Officer, Latin America.
