On December 18, 2018, Albert P. Carey notified PepsiCo, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intent to retire from the Company at the end of March 2019. In anticipation of his retirement, Mr. Carey will transition from his role as Chief Executive Officer, North America, effective January 1, 2019.
