On February13, 2017, the Board of Directors of The Peoples Bank,
Biloxi, Mississippi (the Bank) issued a press release announcing
the election of Liz Corso Joachim as Vice-Chairman of the Board.
The Bank is wholly-owned subsidiary of Peoples Financial
Corporation (the Company).
