On April23 and April24, 2018, each of Steven Kaplan and William Wyman, respectively, notified Pegasystems Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision not to stand for re-election to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) when his current term expires at the Company’s upcoming 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June28, 2018 (the “Annual Meeting”). Messrs. Kaplan and Wyman will continue to serve as members of the Board and as a member of any committee of the Board on which they currently serve until the Annual Meeting.
