DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR PRINCIPAL OFFICERS, ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS
Effective September 19, 2018, Mr. E. William Withrow Jr. resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer. This resignation did not involve any disagreement with the Company. Mr. Kyle W. Withrow, succeeds him to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer until the next annual meeting of the shareholders and/or until he, or his successor is duly appointed.
