On May 2, 2018, pdvWireless, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it, together with the Enterprise Wireless Alliance, filed additional comments with the Federal Communications Commission (the “FCC”) responding to the FCC’s Notice of Inquiry considering possible rule changes for spectrum in the 896-901/935-940 MHz band (WT Docket No. 17-200). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
