On April 28, 2017, the Company announced the declaration of its
regular quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share on its common
stock.The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2017 to
shareholders of record at the close of business on May 8,
2017.This dividend is expected to be a return of capital, thereby
reducing shareholders basis by $0.05 per share.See the Investor

information related to dividends.
