On April 5, 2017, the Board of Directors of PB Bancorp, Inc. (the
Company) declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Companys
common stock of $0.04 per share. The dividend will be payable to
stockholders of record as of April 19, 2017 and will be paid on
May 3, 2017.
A copy of the press release dated April 6, 2017, announcing the
dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
