Consummation of initial investment in PEGH 2

On July 27, 2017, the Company funded an initial $60 million capital call under theSecond Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of Pattern Energy Group Holdings 2 LP (“PEGH 2”), dated as of June 16, 2017, by and among PEGH 2, the Class A Limited Partners set forth therein and the Class B Limited Partners set forth therein. As a result of such funding, and the related fundings by other investors in PEGH2 and consummation of certain redemptions, the Company holds an approximate 20% ownership interest in PEGH 2.
