At the Annual Meeting, the shareholders of the Company elected
thirteen directors to serve for one-year terms and ratified the
appointment of Elliott Davis Decosimo, PLLC as the Company’s
independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending

Parkway Acquisition Corp. (Parkway) is a bank holding company. The subsidiaries of the Company include Skyline National Bank (Bank). The Bank serves the Virginia counties of Grayson, Floyd, Carroll, Wythe, Montgomery and Roanoke, and the surrounding areas through 17 full-service banking offices and one loan production office.
