On March 11, 2019, PAR Technology Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce that the Company’s 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held at 10:00 a.m. (local time) at the Turning Stone Resort Casino, 5218 Patrick Road, Verona, New York 13478 on Monday, June 10, 2019. The record date for the annual meeting is April 17, 2019.
