Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 5, 2017, Pacific Mercantile Bancorp (the Company), the
holding company of Pacific Mercantile Bank (the Bank), a wholly
owned banking subsidiary, and PM Asset Resolution, Inc. (“PMAR”),
a wholly owned non-bank subsidiary, announced that Tom Vertin,
President Chief Executive Officer, Thomas Inserra, Executive Vice
President Chief Risk Officer, and Curt Christianssen, Executive
Vice President Chief Financial Officer, will be presenting to or
conducting one-on-one meetings with investors, analysts or other
third parties about the Company and its latest financial results
at the D.A. Davidson 19th>Annual FIG Summit
Financial Institutions Conference on May 10, 2017 in Denver. A
copy of the presentation slides, updated with the Companys
financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2017,
substantially in the form expected to be used in such
presentations and meetings, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
and is incorporated herein by reference. The information
