On September 17, 2018, Romir Bosu, a director for both the Company and the Bank, provided notice to the Company of his resignation from the Board and the Bank, effective December 31, 2018. The decision of Mr. Bosu to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company or the Bank on any matter relating to the respective operations, policies or practices of the Company or the Bank.
