On March8, 2017, Owens-Illinois,Inc. (the Company) issued a press
release announcing the commencement of a tender offer to purchase
for cash any and all of its outstanding 7.80% Senior Debentures
due 2018 (the Debentures). As of March8, 2017, there was $250.0
million aggregate principal amount of Debentures outstanding. A
copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit99.1 and
is incorporated herein by reference.
