On July13, 2017, Joseph J. DeAngelo notified Owens-Illinois,Inc. (the “Company”) of his intent to resign from the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), effective immediately. Mr.DeAngelo is resigning to focus on his other business responsibilities. Mr.DeAngelo’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
