On March30, 2018, Owens Corning (the “Company”) announced that Arnaud P. Genis will be retiring. Mr.Genis will remain as the Company’s President, Composites until May 25, 2018. Mr.Genis will remain employed with the Company in an advisory capacity to support the transition to his successor through June30, 2018, when he will retire from the Company.
