On September 27, 2017, OUTFRONT Media Inc. (the “Company”) announced that the board of directors of the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority (the “MTA”) awarded the Company the transit advertising and communications concession agreements for subway, commuter rail and buses, as well as billboards, subject to the execution of definitive agreements with the MTA. The Company will host a conference call to discuss the agreements on September 28, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
