Effective March 12, 2018, John H. Clifford resigned from the Board of Directors of OptimumBank Holdings, Inc. and OptimumBank (the “Bank”), the wholly-owned subsidiary bank of OptimumBank Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Clifford’s decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Bank or Company.
