On January 7, 2019, Stephanie A. Streeter, a Class III Director of Olin Corporation (“Registrant”) advised the Registrant of her resignation from the Board of Directors of the Registrant and as a member of the Compensation Committee and Directors and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board. Her resignation was effective January 8, 2019. Ms. Streeter’s decision to resign was not related to any disagreement with the Registrant on any matter relating to the Registrant’s operations, policies or practices.
