Departure of Officer

Effective December 31, 2016, Kevin F. Kerins retired from Oceaneering International, Inc. (“Oceaneering”). As previously reported, since January 1, 2016, Mr. Kerins served as Oceaneering’s Senior Vice President, Underwater Vehicle Technologies.
