Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 10, 2018, Jonah Shacknai informed the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Obalon Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign, effective immediately, as a member of the Board due to other business and family commitments. Mr. Shacknai’s resignation was not due to a disagreement with the Board or the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.

Obalon Therapeutics, Inc. is a United States-based commercial-stage medical device company focused on developing and commercializing medical devices to treat obese and overweight people by facilitating weight loss.
