On January8, 2018, NuVasive, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing preliminary unaudited revenue results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December31, 2017. The press release also included the Company’s preliminary financial outlook and goals for the 2018 fiscal year. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.

Nuvasive, Inc. is a medical device company in the spine market. The Company focuses on developing minimally-disruptive surgical products and procedurally-integrated solutions for the spine. The Company offers two product lines: spine surgery products and biologics.
