On January 27, 2017, the Company adopted and on January 27, 2017
filed the Articles of Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation
to increase the number of authorized shares of Common Stock from
1,000,000,000 shares to 5,000,000,000 shares. The board increased
the authorized shares to provide the flexibility to raise
additional capital and to execute on the business plan and
potential upcoming opportunities.
