On March 27, 2017, Scott A. Berry, the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of NorthStar Realty Europe Corp. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to resign, effective on May>10, 2017. The decision by Mr. Berry was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Company intends to consider its options internally or externally for a replacement chief financial officer.
