On May 20, 2017, Dr. Catherine Sohn informed the board of directors of Neuralstem, Inc. (the “Company”) that she is resigning, effective immediately, as a member of the Company’s board of directors as well as from all committees on which she serves.  Dr. Sohn is resigning in order to pursue other business activities and not because of any disputes or disagreements with the Company, the Board, management or the Company’s auditors on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies, procedures or practices.
