(“Arlo”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) relating to the previously announced proposed initial public offering by Arlo of its common stock (the “IPO”).
