On August 10, 2017, and effective on the same day, Net 1 UEPS Technologies, Inc.’s wholly owned subsidiary, ZAZOO Limited (the “Company”), and Philip M. Belamant, Managing Director—ZAZOO Limited, mutually agreed to terminate his employment with the Company.
