On January24, 2017, Neogen Corporation announced that it had
terminated its agreement with SenesTech Incorporated (NASDAQ:
SNES) related to the manufacturing and marketing of a rodenticide
being developed by SenesTech. A copy of the press release is
attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
This Form 8-K and the attached exhibit shall not be deemed filed
