On September22, Neogen Corporation (the “Registrant”) announced the resignation of Richard E. Calk, Jr. as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Registrant, effective this date. Calk had been employed by Neogen in that role since December 2014. His duties have been assumed by John Adent, who will now serve as president and chief executive officer.
