On June 26, 2017, National Bank Holdings Corporation (NBHC) and
Peoples, Inc. (Peoples) issued a joint press release announcing
the entry into a definitive agreement for NBHC to acquirePeoples
(the Merger).NBHC also is filing an investor presentation
regarding the Merger.The joint press release and investor
presentation are attached hereto respectively as Exhibit 99.1 and
Exhibit 99.2 and are incorporated herein by reference.
