In a press release issued on May 28, 2019, Nabors Industries, Ltd. announced that its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Nabors Industries, Inc., commenced cash tender offers for up to $275.0 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.0% Senior Notes due 2020 and 4.625% Senior Notes due 2021 (the “2021 Notes”), subject to a sub-cap on the aggregate principal amount of any 2021 Notes of $100 million. A copy of the press release is included in this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
