On February27, 2018, Kevin Starr delivered his resignation from the board of directors (the “Board”) of MyoKardia, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), effective on March6, 2018. Mr.Starr’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.

MyoKardia, Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. The Company focuses on the treatment of heritable cardiomyopathies, a group of rare, genetically-driven forms of heart failure that results from biomechanical defects in cardiac muscle contraction.
