MRC Global (US) Inc., a subsidiary of MRC Global Inc., has signed a 5-year agreement to be the primary global provider of valve and valve automation products and services to ExxonMobil, initially directed at its global projects and maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) for ExxonMobil’s downstream business.
