On January 5, 2017, MRC Global Inc. announced that it will
release its fourth quarter and year end 2016 financial results on
Thursday,February 16, 2017 after the market closes.The Company
will conduct an investor conference call at 10:00a.m. ET (9:00
a.m. CT) on Friday,February 17, 2017, to discuss the results for
the quarter and the year. Instructions on how to participate in
