Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 4, 2017, MPLX LP (the "Partnership") announced C. Corwin Bromley, Executive Vice President and General Counsel (Chief Legal Officer) of MPLX GP LLC, the general partner of the Partnership, will retire effective January 1, 2018. Mr. Bromley will cease to serve in his current capacity effective October 1, 2017, to provide for a transition in anticipation of his retirement.
