On April 26, 2019, Moog Inc. (the Company) issued a press release discussing results of operations for the quarter ended>March 30, 2019. A copy of the press release is included as exhibit 99.1 of this report.

On April 26, 2019, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Companys Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.25 per share on the Company\’s issued and outstanding shares of Class A common stock and Class B common stock. The dividend will be paid on June 3, 2019 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 15, 2019. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.2 of this report.
