On June 14, 2017, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Nasdaq Stock Market has accepted the Company’s plan to regain compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(1) which will permit the continued listing of Monster Digital’ stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
