Holders.

At MetLife, Inc.s (the Companys) annual meeting of shareholders
on June 13, 2017, the shareholders:

elected eleven Directors, each for a term expiring at the
Companys 2018 annual meeting of shareholders;
ratified the appointment of Deloitte Touche LLP as the
Companys independent auditor for 2017;
approved, on an advisory basis, the compensation paid to the
Companys Named Executive Officers as disclosed in the
Companys 2017 Proxy Statement;
voted, on an advisory basis, on the frequency of future
advisory votes to approve the compensation paid to the
Companys Named Executive Officers(1); and
did not approve a shareholder proposal to reduce the
ownership required for shareholders to call a special
meeting.
