On February17, 2017, MetLife, Inc. issued a news release
announcing the declaration of first quarter 2017 dividends of
$0.25pershare on MetLife, Inc.s floating rate non-cumulative
preferred stock, SeriesA, subject to final confirmation that it
has met the financial tests specified in the certificate of
designations for the SeriesA preferred stock. A copy of the news
release is attached hereto as Exhibit99.1 and is incorporated
herein by reference.
