On May 22, 2017, Yasir B. Al-Wakeel, the Chief Financial Officer, Head of Corporate Development, Principal Accounting Officer and Treasurer of Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, Inc., provided notice of his resignation, effective as of June 9, 2017.
