Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 21, 2019, Mark J. Bugge, Director of Macatawa Bank Corporation (the “Company”), resigned from the Company effective as of the close of business on March 21, 2019.

There is no disagreement, known to an executive officer of the Company, as defined in 17 CFR 240.3b-7, between the Company and Mr. Bugge on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
