LivaNova PLC (NASDAQ:LIVN) Files An 8-K Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders
LivaNova Plc (the “Company”) is filing this Amendment No. 1 to its current report on Form 8-K filed on June 20, 2019 to correct a scrivener error in respect of the Company’s final voting results for the 2019 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “AGM”) of the Company held on June 18, 2019. Proposal No. 3 to ratify PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, a Delaware limited liability partnership (“PwC USA”) as the Company’s independent registered public accountancy firm for the year ending December 31, 2019 was incorrectly articulated as “for the year ended December 31, 2018.” The vote counts remain unchanged, and Proposal No. 3 remains approved.
